This 28-liter water-resistant backpack is built for the water with padded shoulder straps and external bungee storage for your wet gear. A padded sleeve  fits up to a 15-inch laptop. Dual water bottle pockets, a fleece-lined sunglass pocket, and adjustable fishing-rod-carrying straps add to the package.
