The StretchMat was specifically designed with the athlete in mind. The wider shape, soft-touch top surface and 5mm of padding provides the surface area for active mobility stretching and core-strength routines. The foldable design allows for quick pack and go. With a non-slip waterproof bottom layer, you can use indoors or take it outside and use on the track, dirt, snow or wet grass.
